On April 23-24th, over 30 cooking teams from across the country will compete for cash and prizes during Pork Knox Q-Fest, the First Annual Barbecue Championship held at The World’s Fair Park in Knoxville, TN. Ribs, chicken, pulled pork and brisket. We are a Kansas City BBQ Society Sanctioned BBQ contest.
